Here on the forum, it would be through signatures as the forum prohibits making posts with referral links. However, signatures vary depending on ranks. And certainly, a newbies cannot put links on their signatures. So if you are truly earning more than a miner and is indeed determined to display those links, then you might want to hire higher rank members.
