I think your confusion , about what bitcoin is, could be considered a mental health issue.   

Bitcoin is only a Old /Slow 1st generation blockchain running using Proof of Waste, which is a evolutionary dead end.

The 3rd generation blockchains easily outperform bitcoin on every technical performance scale.

But even they are only technical products/services.
