The Senexiate proposes, and the Axiarchy approves, the next version of this constitution. Future constitutions should be defined in a smart contract platform, such as Aeneas blockchain.

7.Inception
This constitution takes effect immediately after the proclamation on 2021.07.02 in Metropolis (Aeneas social media communities).

First diarch is Anton Kobrynets, founder of Aeneas blockchain platform.

9.Official languages
Official languages of Aeneas Koinon is Na’Vi and English.

10.Official currency
Official currency of Aeneas Koinon is ash cryptocurrency.

11. System of state awards
There is a system of state awards in Aeneas Koinon. The highest awards of Aeneas Koinon is Aeneas order of 8 grades. Present Syntagma assumes assignment of each state reward personally by First diarch Anton Kobrynets in form of NFT.
