I was always trying to show you the courtesy for months on ends, but you kept breaking the terms and conditions. Making multiples accounts to insults me or other members of the community. As for your self-reclusion, we take these demands very seriously and we couldn't re-open your account before the date you asked us.
Also you registered with an email that you can't use to receive security information to login.
