Everyone should do their own due diligence before buying a product or using a service that's advertised on a website/TV station/wherever.
That's true but what is the forum said to be again to the industry at large, it's supposed to be a hangout platform for fellow enthusiast but now it's more like a building ground for newbie to start their journey in the industry. Already there's enough scams out there that they have to protect themselves from, it doesn't make sense for them to start seeing the community give room for scammers to have their way by advertising freely on the forum.
Already Theymos did denied them an advert slots on the forum, that alone should send a very strong signal that scammers aren't welcomed here even though the forum doesn't moderate scams. The community always look out for her members and this isn't the first time they'll be tackling similar issue. I remember yobit controversial and how the community won, same with Best_change and how we may them clear up their accusations, that's how a company having the best interest of her reputation should react.
I believe if this steps on stopping them from advertising and clearing up their reputation isn't taken, we might just be sending the wrong signal to other scammy company out their to come pollute the forum. Let call black Black when we see them and not be the others, the media house careless about the welfare of their customers instead focused on enriching themselves, we can do better than them. I believe 1xbit will be welcomed if they work towards resolving the issue raised against them but until then, I stand with the OP and I'll be willing to participate in the tagging.
