According to this spreadsheet All the participants has atleast one negative trust what I can see by default trust view. And as I guess There is a big chance that many of them are enrolling the campaign with their alts.

Another thing i notice is half of the participant receive 0-1 merits within last 120 days. If theymos wish to reduce spam in this forum, i would suggest disabling signature feature on member which receive less than 2 merits within last 120 days. 1xbit signature campaign (along with bounty campaign) would lose at least half of it's member.
And the funny things is The 1xbit manager looking for some user/members who has not any red trust. 
They should use custom trust list to get additional member
