About fees, yes, it's quite high.. I requested 306.45 mBTC cashout and I got 303.38 mBTC to my wallet and 3.06 mBTC was deducted as a fee. But also I can confirm that cashout transaction has total of 0.26 mBTC miner fee which is about $9-$10... I don't know where remaining $90 from cashout fee goes, probably to devs / owner / etc?

Regarding where the other $90 goes, I do not think you have the right to ask about it since it is part of their cashout rule where you are agree with it when you decide to play in this casino. They charges 1% of any cashout is indeed big amount and I believe this is the only site with such cashout fee system. Perhaps they need to consider to change it in the near future, at least make it competitive with other casinos. As I can see, the cashout fee system is one of the reasons why gamblers are not really interested to gamble here.
