We are now looking for the moderators who will support the internal chat 24/7.
We need 4 people to complete daily moderation.
This will be the main version of the chat and in the future we will add a lot of other cool features to make the greatest chat.

Let me introduce the vacancy itself

Moderator of the internal chat:

Requirements
-Great knowledge of the site, mechanics and all the pecularities, competence on the topic of BetFury
-Willing to work and grow
-Decent English skills
-Experience in chat moderation

Preferably
-Being and old users with a previous experience of using the platform

Duties

-Control of the chat etiquette, making sure users keep the rules and communicate in a normal way
-Setting a friendly atmosphere in the chat
-Answering the questions of users, keeping them informed about the news and the updates
-Warning users in case of breaking the chat rules, muting/banning as a punishment on a case of another rule breaking act
-Loyal and democratic resolution of a conflict(user-moderator and user-user issue)
-Making a report after passing the shift on and feedback sharing
-Our admins have to be well-aware of all the ongoing events and updates
