All issues are far behind us. We have been operating for nearly a year now and we have a superb brand, excellent support unique games (New games are constantly added) and we are provably fair. Don't judge us based on one complaint, try us out and then decide. 
Sorry, we're a search engine not a review site. We rely on feedback from things like this thread and external reviews. You may have an ok site, but there are too many other sites ahead of you where people haven't bothered taking time to post scam accusations about.
At the very least these two threads have unresolved scam accusations about Bitoomba as recently as November:
