Apart from that.. I think people gamble or not, depending on whether or not they are close to gambling, the more addicted they are.. the more determined they will be to gamble without thinking about it that actually we should be responsible gambler.
In general, indeed basically we have to be able to manage finances, make gambling as a free time filler without having to have an excessive sense of interest.

The key to being a responsible gambler we must limit the time to play gambling, that way we will more easily control ourselves so as not to play
excessive gambling. It is better to gamble only in spare time, so it can keep us from addiction. Initially, we were addicted to too much time
playing gambling, so without realizing it we were getting addicted to gambling. Managing finances and time is quite effective in keeping us from
gambling addiction.

Actually, that's no necessary if you have a lot of time to gamble, what you need to do is just be discipline all the time that you will always in control. That means you don't gamble above your limit, and you don't lose that control that would result in you chasing your losses. I experience that many times in my life as a gambler, so I know it's one of the biggest mistakes of the gamblers and the result is not always good.

I think it's possible to rule yourself determining LIMITS to what maximum point you can reach. A well planned gambling schedule, even appointing max and min losses can stop you on time to be a degenarated addicted or a total flat broke-bankrupt!

LIMIT is the keyword!!!
