You seem to have misunderstood the issue here. The gambler's balance didn't just magically disappear. Stake froze his account and siezed his funds due to which he created a scam accusation thread against them. ~
Yesterday someone else made another accusation against Stake. Where the user told that his account balance vanished with two mysterious bets. So “iv4n” hasn't misunderstood anything. The accusation is really suspicious. Don't know what happened actually but the chance of getting refund is really low unless the mistakes are from the casino.
