You're recommended to remove all TorV2 addresses from DeepOnion conf files (if any). We'll no more using them in the future. After removing if any torv2 seeds you'll need to restart wallets.

You can get tor v3 seeds (long tor addresses from www.deeponion.org/nodes.php)

DeepOnion v2.3 code will auto reject the old nodes after the fork. It won’t just drop them, but once disconnected you won’t be able to reconnect to the old tor v2 nodes.
