Yes, we don't require mandatory verification for withdrawals, and for now we think around 99.9% of withdrawals were processed without this request. But in some cases we've got request from provider security team(and it's not related to withdrawals, just general user behavior) and to make sure everything is in order and there's no breaking the rules (for example when they notice something which could be breaching them, like potential multiaccount usage for the same user etc.) we're required to proceed with this request and after completion everything is fine for the user.
