I do not see a way to edit the information. o.O
Go to the account menu - settings - verify. There you can edit your information.

https://stake.com/settings/verify ----> Doesn't give me the option to edit. ( Can't see the edit button if there is ) . If I hover my cursor towards the textbox it shows an icon(which looks like the red sign I drew. ) that the box is not available to be edited.
If you have already set up your details before, I think you cannot edit it again. Don't know tbh as may be that is the problem here because I never set my details in the 'verify' area, so I can still edit those details and set them up. I think you can mail them on their official email address or ask them through support ticket, the procedure to change your details.
