Exercise / Yoga improves your mood & naturally lowers symptoms of stress. It will also give you a much-needed boost of confidence to help you deal with stress in the future. This indirectly results into a better sleep.

Sleep is the easiest method to release stress, but maybe before sleep, you can take a bath first to help you relax.
We can do many things to handle the stress, but sometimes we can not think clearly about that so we feel difficult to manage our stress.
