I'm just starting to read about this project and I found out there is now premine, as it boldly states on first page of this thread.
However, there is 5% founder's fee. Can someone please explain the difference between premine and founder's fee?
Very simple, a premine is a pile of coins the developers mine for themselves in the genesis block so they have them before anyone else, this tends to incentivize dumping and early cashing out, followed by abandonment or some other form of scam.
DevFee is a % of the blockreward going to an account under developer control so they have a stablish budget for development.
