Only a very trustworthy project would be able to give you a great airdrop because of the price rising in the future, a spam project will just give you nothing
Yes, I think all airdrops available on CMC are good and they are also paying. Even though they have a lottery system but there is a chance to earn $40/$50 if you won.

Not at all, there are many venue to earn within crypto industry not just airdrops. It's no longer that great participating
