dPOS runs a different system called block producers to secure and validate the chain and transactions. Currently we run 7 high spec servers as block producers, this ensure the speed and security of the chain.

You can however take advantage of the Autostake function which rewards holders quarterly until Q2 2023. -> Hertz Autostaking
Minimum autostake is 500K HTZ and as the plan i will get 3 million HTZ at the end of autostaking, is it fixed rewards or i can get less than 3 million HTZ?
In that scenario (Holding 500K for the period until autostaking ends) your total earned stakes would be 2,000,000, plus your 500K initial balance would give 2.5M at the end of the period.
