Hi, When the dev fee job shows up the miner stop working (GPU to 0%) and I need to restart it. anyone knows why?

Do you overclock/underclock your video card(s)?
It is impossible to speculate about the reason something happens without this information. If you have your CPU overclocked,or even the system RAM, that can also cause some issues, so, motherboard, CPU, and system memory can also help isolate the source of some issues(doubt it is needed for this one).
