No. Any hostile positions against Bitcoin by any country is detrimental to the development of Bitcoin. We should be garnering more support for the governments, instead of the opposite. Mining is probably one of the more lucrative industries to the government. Forcing them out of your country just attests to their distain for Bitcoin.
