Its just another joke coin, mentioned by Elon and get the hyped. I dont know, but the person who played behind is usually same. It will if the hype is really huge, Binance always try to catch the volume and hype.
it was almost the same as the launch of SHIBA INU, all markets tried to take the hype created. but baby doge and SHIB are still too soon to see how they grow.
