Never heard of such platforms, where you first have to buy their tokens (what for) to be able to participate in ICO. Can you name some? This looks like some kind of cheating to me, to be able to buy something you must first buy something else. Or I just dont understand how the platform works.

Previously, I looked for new and promising projects running ICOs on https://icobench.com/ or https://icorating.com/. But they have sold their reputation for money, when accusation of paid review and rating appeared in the internet.
