For the record: my source sMerit is 850 per month, less than your 1000 
And for the record: You've earned far more merits than me and my guess is that you haven't used up all of your personal sMerits. Also, I'm not sure I'll be able to distribute 1000 merits/month--but I'm sure as hell going to try. I say that in a lighthearted manner, because I don't view this as a competition, though I would like to be a better, more generous merit source.
