If you rear some goats(for example) for food and the goats end up loving you lots and you love the goat too, can you kill and eat the goats when it's time to eat them? How do you handle such situation, sell the goats, keep them as pet or just let them live?
Asking this question to see if what I learnt about animals-human relationship is true and can be proven.
Personally I don't have any pets which we are using as edible items but in the old days we used to have bulls if I am not wrong so no one in my house doesn't eat beef meant but they eat others chicken, eggs, etc.
And also I know people who grow animals like goats for the meat purpose as well so it depends on how we see it.
