He's creating a token to pay team members salary and he wants team members to buy them because funds raised are going back in to cover business expenses, he thinks it's going to entice them. He won't pay using Bitcoin because he won't be able to fund it to pay a team of 50. It's possible but difficult without funding.
It's clear you're overstretching if you're thinking a 50 member team is going to be achieved. You're saying you'll build a project from bottom up and you'll have your own coin but it isn't a practical business idea.
Why do think this is not achievable? I have seen projects raise up to 100 team members easily before.

Its achievable if you have money to pay them. Not one person will work for free (or for promise of shitcoin payment), let alone 50. Why are you developing a custom token? Just use Bitcoin or something else...
