As we all know, adult citizens of El Salvador will get the equivalent of 30 US dollars in bitcoins for free, bitcoin will soon become legal tender, and its purpose is to simplify the process of remittances for Salvadorans. Is it true that Bitcoin will be issued? Or just some candy paper bags?
That would make a good start for some of them specially the adult citizens who are not yet quite familiar with bitcoin. It will give them the urge to try and learn more about it and they will give it a chance to attempt using a new culture of money. It can also increase the number of crypto enthusiasts wherein the adult ones may also join to and they wouldn't have to rely on foreign crypto enthusiasts alone since that was their plan at first. Aside from giving free bitcoin to the adult citizens, I've also heard the are giving free citizenship for crypto enthusiasts outside their country or the foreign ones.
