I'm actually part of a term working with then on some stuff, and i can tell you it has great potential, like mentioned above
NFT is something I don't really understand so it's still difficult to analyze. btw, if you are right about the potential of Unifty then I will try to glance at it and start learning it, who knows in a few months the price will boom.
