What exactly do you mean by "a lot of users have problems with them"? Do you mean that Binance doesn't give them their cashback/ referral commissions?
Maybe they don't know exactly how the referral system works? As far as I know, none (at least from the people that I know) had any issue with them, regarding commissions.
