Their website is no longer available.  You would like to think that common courtesy would dictate some kind of customer statement about the removal of the service... but I have received no message from them.  By them, I mean these people:

The ones who said "We have a long trusted history of honest, secure and safe operations within the exchange market."

The way I see it, we have the following options:

If there are enough people and enough interest, we can get together and see if we can get some kind of legal representation. 
We can individually go through the small claims process [https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money/overview]
We can go to the police and report these incidences as cases of theft.

I am unsure of how to proceed and would really appreciate it if the individuals involved, and that would be:

Donald Norman [CEO - so, the buck should really stop with him.]
Amir Taaki
Patrick Strateman

would act on their obligations and duties to their customers.


Please let me know your thoughts.
