Does it mean that users have different min withdrawal based on their level or based on something else?
Perhaps you need to clarify it with crypto.games as it is a bit confusing if users have different minimum withdrawal unless it is something like a benefit for a specif user's level.
I also checked my account and have the same minimum as you. Maybe the reduced minimum is based on the registration date since they already removed the level system.
