From my understanding, the Babel Fish team does not want to sell tokens until the Bitcoin price is below 42000 USD. Sounds pretty weird. They even started a bounty campaign but suddenly postponed crowdfunding indefinitely.

Also the second question concerns legal issues. Perhaps the team wants to impose strict rules for governing the stable token in order to mitigate the risks of an XUSD collapse.

I guess that the Babel Fish team just wants to conduct a token sale on Sovryn when the global cryptocurrency market is bullish. They want to succeed in raising enough money and make a strong stable token on the RSK network.
