There is no point in using an escrow unless both parties are unwilling to go first and after that, nothing can prevent the buyer from doing a chargeback.
Yes, you are right. I am only making such conclusion because Charles2080's account is still newbie, I do not think anyone will want to make deal with him/her without escrow. But Charles2080 should be able to know that some accounts are reputed and making deal of certain amount with them will not lead to scam. Such like your account now, I can perfectly make a deal of some amount of Bitcoin to Fiat or Fiat to Bitcoin and I am very sure you will not cheat me based on our agreement. I just included escrow because the account seemed niewbie, just to know the relevance of escrow, not that it is necessary for highly reputed accounts.
