FatFork has mentioned another one above : degens.com Have you already made a review about it? I think you could add it to your list of crypto betting exchange. But it would also be interesting to know which has the more volume and liquidity. AFAIK fairlay is most popular here but I don't know if it's enough to get the biggest liquidity.
