VOLTPOT.COM platform is working as a complex B2B and B2C "tool". The marketplace is an "open" one, like Amazon.com, where registered users/companies can open their own "online shop" within Voltpot's platform. We were focusing on implementing the VoltPotCoin within Voltpot's platform lately (including moving from PoW to the more eco-friendly POS version). So we didn't have enough resources left to get more users/companies selling their products on Voltpot's marketplace in the past months. We are expecting you to see more items being added to the marketplace, once we'll get back to advertising the great opportunities Voltpot platform offers to renewable energy/electric mobility businesses, especially now, with our latest POS blockchain option included.
The "virtual battery" is building itself as we speak. Every existent or newly registered Voltpot user which is using platform's services is basically either "building" or "using" his/her own "virtual battery" already. It's better explained in VoltPotCoin's White Paper how that works. This diagram tries to summarise it:

At this moment, most of the "job listings" are published as examples, to help newly registered businesses have a glimpse about this feature.
