Nope, they cant.Cause most of the youtube and streamer money came from sponsor, It's impossible to use that money for completing the challenge or even participated on that challenge cause they have that some contract.
So once a streamer got a deal with a casino (for sponsorship) then there is no chances for him to participate in any contests in the casinos even if the streamer want to use his own money for the contest?
