There is less than 1 block of transactions available to be mined... and it's recommending 6 sats/vbyte for a high priority... I assume that is simply because the "high priority" value aims to be in within 0.x meg of the tip at all times etc

Still, it goes to show that any "fee estimation" is exactly that... an estimation.
