I have the impression that if they wrote which ToS rule was broken, many people on this forum would consider it a lie or too laconic information and the witch-hunt would continue.
Unfortunately, we will never be sure whether the author of the accusation is actually a victim of a mistake or a real scammer.
The more important thing is that they never disclose to a user about which terms has broken by the users. In this case no one officially can understand either the user really broke the terms and conditions or not. To make it more clear they should clearly mention the terms and conditions which the user violated.
