There’s no need (nor will) to mentor people. This is meant to be a discussion forum, and as such, you ask question, reply to questions, or provide information and opinions. Those are better nourished obviously the more one reads on a given topic, but mentoring, interpreted as the figure of a mentor, is perhaps too far stretched to use as a term or concept here. Simply changing "
be mentored well" for "
invest some hours into reading" seems more like it to me.
I figure "
quality" is a concept often related to merits, thus the ask to show examples. Bear in mind that the real concept is interest (as in interesting to the readers). Examples are trivial to find, simply by looking at the top merited topics and replies in a given timeframe (take away a few here and there):
