If it was just 2 or 3 red tags, it would have meant that your site is unreliable, but that could change in the future. However, there are many red tags given at different periods which indicates that your site will always be a scam site.

This is similar to a ponzi scheme. You are basically resolving a couple of complaints here and there in order to make it seem like your site is legit, but it's just a strategy to earn huge profits through scamming in the long-term.
