it looks like he wants to use the 3% he would earn from this business for a living, maybe his story is true or he is scammers. but we're dealing with someone anonymous and there's no way to prove that he's honest, and i don't see much sense in his lotto game
Firstly, I really doubt that he or anybody can live with this 3%. Secondly, he is for sure a scammer since he is asking for a loan to get a "new" life and on the other hand, is ready to start a lottery. Without a home, a job, a car...
Btw OP isn't the first that follows this kind of method. We have seen through the years such people that trying to get anything that they can by posting sub-stories and gambling projects at the same time.
