At the current price, the entire original bank is worth less than 5btc.

It seems to me a community-wide buy effort is the only thing needed to make this coin valuable again. Yes, we'll be buying the original dev's dumped bank. Let him have his couple of btc. That's a small price to pay to revive this coin.
