Do you think he is trying to rally the market after the dip and will this stop the continuous drop in the market.
Absolutely yes, but unfortunately for him such bad influence he once had in the market won't just flipped back and turn to a good influence for the market.
And I think he wanted to purchase Bitcoin in bulks back then, so he needed the value to drop to enable him buy x2 of what he might have gotten.
So literally, I don't think his single tweet about BTC will influence or have either good or bad influence on the market any longer.
