We have just released a new update (v5.5.1) for the LUX wallet! This is a non-mandatory upgrade, so there is no fork or deadline to update.
This wallet update includes improvements to the sync speed. As you may know, the last wallet update which introduced the RX2 algo also increased the sync time. This update includes optimizations to improve that significantly. While this is not a mandatory update, we do recommend you download the new wallet for optimal experience.
Work continues on the codebase upgrade, so expect an update on that soon. Also ahead will be the launch of the new Luxcore website and new version of our white paper.
