The mainnet launch of the genesis Meme Markets is getting close!
Therefore we want to allow people to swap MBC to get ready. Here is some info:
Deposited MBC on Marble.Cards
Will be auto-converted to deposited MEM when Marble.Cards switches over to use MEM. If you wish to withdraw once the swap is made, please fill out the form at the end of this post.
MBC on Ethereum
To convert to MEM, please fill out the form at the end of this post. If you only plan to use it on Marble.Cards, you only have to deposit it before the switch.
mTokens on Discord
After considering a number of different factors, such as fairness in the launch and technical support, the current genesis meme market funds will be paid out in deposited MEM with a 10% markup before the launch. That means if your mTokens are currently worth 10MBC, you will receive 11 deposited MEM.
Withdrawals and KYC
After many back and forths with our lawyers, the conclusion is at this stage we have to do KYC for deposited MEM withdrawals. As such, people in non eligible countries are currently not able to do it that way.
However, we are talking with our legal council about how to best handle it long term without KYC, but it will not be ready in time for the launch of the meme markets. If you are affected by this, please reach out in DM to find a solution. All questions are good questions, just ask!
