The only fast solution here is to uninstall the update, and use Windows Update Blocker to stop Win 10 from autoinstalling it. You really don't need all those "security" updates on mining rig if you use firewall and don't use rig to constantly browse web. I've used old Ltsb ver of win10 from 2015 on my mining rigs for at least 2 years without any updates and there were zero problems.
You can get Windows Update Blocker 1.6 from
https://www.sordum.org/9470/windows-update-blocker-v1-6/ , it allows to disable win update service and stop medic services that reenable windows update service.
