Once an account is getting froze - it's already in queue for manual investigation.
After investigation, a fair player is getting restored, and a cheater is getting banned with a refund provided if needed. Always.

In our previous list, cases that were marked with "resolution can not be confirmed" were investigated by the security and appropriate decision was made.
