All further support conversations will be made public until I get my money back.

Support Conversation:

● Braille: Yo Ognjen you really ought to find a new job, I'd imagine they're underpaying you if they can't afford to pay me my winnings.

Ognjen-Support: Hi, Braille. The issue here is that you didn't place your order against Fairlay but against other user and we are doing our best to be fair as possible (one of the rules is that we void all orders placed after the official starting times and that was the issue in your case) so it is not an issue for us to add your winnings (and if you want we can do that) but we don't think that it's fair to reduce balance of other user to add it to yours.

My response:

You state that you void all orders placed after the official starting time.  The actual start time is all that matters in terms of fairness, and I made this bet before the match actually started.  By the way, your current system clearly needs fixing because your policy to void bets made after the starting window incentivizes this type of behavior from your market maker.  If I lost that bet, as the taker I would have no right to appeal, and he would've taken my money happily.  If I win, he just asks to void, and creates a nice no-lose bet for himself.  Very fair.  This situation is the inevitable result of your flawed system and ruleset, and if this hadn't happened to me it would've been someone else, and it will continue to happen until you decide to make a change.

I like that you are trying your best here, but you can easily see from my perspective your treatment is wholly unfair.  I'm am not responsible for the fact that you voided my bet.  You are responsible for paying out the wagers made on your platform, and frankly I don't give a fuck where the money comes from.  You allowed another user to falsely claim my pre-match bet was made too late to count, and now I'm supposed to have sympathy for him?  By all means, pay me my money from his funds. He lost that bet fair and square, and it is in fact, exactly how you should handle this situation. If you'd rather pay me out of the company's pocket, that's fine by me.  Perhaps instead you'd like to pay because you accidently made an unfair rule and are only now realizing it -- who would expect the listed start time would be 8 minutes different from the actual match start time.  Either way I deserve my money. I'd like to make amends and use your platform again at some point because no other book is offering me over 17.5 outs for Sandy Alcantara, and whoever's been booking that at -200 is asking to lose.
