Good evening,
I hope this post finds you well.
Mods
Cyrus,
hilariousandco may you take a look at this?
Today I deposited around 1K$ on Onehash.com
All went smooth.
After crediting I noticed that,
in order to withdraw, even a small part of the sum,
you are FORCED to wager it all before.Contacting costumer support, they replied that such detail was mentioned in their ToS.
As many of you may agree,
such important condition should be clearly stated in the deposit page.Instead is nowhere to be found.
As you can see from the attached image.https: //imgur.com/a/3dIL4QoAfter asking for a refund, I got told that it's impossible.
Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding.
Dear Vortem,
we are sorry to hear that you have not been enjoying your experience with OneHash so far. However, the 1x Wagering Requirement imposed on every deposit is a typical anti money laundering practice. We have it clearly stated in our Terms of Use as follows:
Paragraph 5, point 3:
For AML purposes, OneHash imposes one-time wagering requirement on every deposit. This mechanism prevents Users from using our service as a mixer. It is strictly forbidden to use our service for any other purpose than entertainment. Please keep in mind that it would be impossible for us to put all the rules regarding deposits and withdrawals on the deposit page - that is why we have them all gathered in one place here
https://www.onehash.com/terms-of-use/.
Please also remember that in order to be able to make a withdrawal you can wager your deposit on every game available at OneHash, including very low edge games such as Dice.
We hope you understand our perspective.
Best regards,
OneHash team
