I am not sure about other projects but in the NEAR ecosystem their is not a minority of women at all! NEARs a great project with huge potential and a great team and this is just one more reason to check it out. let me know if you check it out and if you do let me know if you are as bullish as I am on NEAR. My money is in NEAR (most of it), ETH, and BTC (BTC and ETH I have split evenly) those are the projects that I think will be the future. Their are obviously more but I'm in love with NEAR and the other 2 are to big to fail in my opinion.
