How would anyone "prove" those standarts?

That's why I'm posting here. This is a general idea that I trowed here, I want people to react and discuss about it, especially the moderators.

Just for example, there are a lot of coins that we can judge very quickly :  no active dev, no posts, the op isn't even properly formated, the ''dev'' is just someone who paid 0.2BTC to create the coin on coingen (Oh I'm making a new enemy maybe...).

I didn't said that the thread must be deleted within the first hour, but it must at least meet a minimum standard, and then following him, if after a day or a couple of days we see that it's not legit, just delete it, why bother with this type of coins and people seriously...

The prevention of "crap coins" and "scam coins" can just be good for the community ( and bad for the scammers .... )
I do realise that you have good intentions. The coins about which you talk (that have inactive devs etc and are "easy" to spot scams) are anyways obvious scams. You can't prevent idiots losing their money. If we authorise somebody to ban such coins, then we have to pay him... and scammers may pay him not to ban them as well.
People should learn to take care of themselves! If we don't want to be treated like sheep, then we'd better stop acting like such ("we" meaning the society).
